Bilingual Client Solutions Specialist (French and English Required)
Our client is a promotional marketing and branded-merchandise company in Mississauga. They need a bilingual Client Solutions Specialist who can support corporate clients in French and English, with written French as a core part of the work. Compensation is $50,000 to $60,000, with room in that range for a junior, trainable person or for someone who brings more. This is a stable, long-term seat on a small client solutions team, primarily in the office.
The work is broader than a typical customer-service role. You will help clients with branded products, sourcing, decoration, and fulfillment, and you will produce accurate skilled French for client communication and marketing support. Four days per week in the office is the current target,
with the possibility of five. The office is not highly accessible by public transit, so a sustainable commute matters.
What You'll Do
You will be a dependable point of contact for corporate clients who need branded merchandise and related support. You will manage a real volume of requests by email and phone, keep details from dropping, and coordinate with teammates so orders and commitments stay on track.
