We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Relationship Manager to serve as the strategic IT partner for key enterprise customers operating across global markets. In this role, you will bridge customer organizations, business stakeholders, and technology teams, ensuring IT services and initiatives align with business objectives and customer expectations. You will lead strategic relationships, translate business needs into technology roadmaps, and identify opportunities for innovation, service improvement, and growth. Working with stakeholders across regions and time zones, you will drive effective governance, communication, and collaboration at every level. You will also take ownership of major escalations, complex service challenges, and transformation initiatives while maintaining strong executive relationships. This is an influential,

Accountabilities
Act as the primary IT relationship owner and central point of contact for assigned strategic enterprise customers, building trusted relationships with executives, IT leaders, and key business stakeholders.
Represent customer priorities within internal IT organizations while balancing business objectives, operational requirements, and organizational standards.
Lead global stakeholder engagement by coordinating communication, governance forums, and activities across customer organizations and internal teams in multiple regions and time zones.
Ensure consistent customer engagement and alignment between regional and global priorities, requirements, and service expectations.
