As a Banking Administrator, you will support Aviso clients and credit unions through daily transaction processing. Reporting to the Manager, Operations, you will handle EFTs, bill payments, foreign exchange transactions, and related banking activities. The work requires accuracy, organization, and service orientation in a securities workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash and stock transactions in Dataphile
- Reconcile cash outages in pending and suspense accounts
- Generate client cheques for cheque processing
- Complete transfers, fees, and wire
