This senior role supports the AI Enablement Technical Lead across multiple client teams. You will mentor Developers and Quality Engineers on AI-assisted coding, testing, reviews, and delivery practices. The work includes validating generated outputs, diagnosing friction, and improving team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Coach technical teams on AI adoption questions
Validate AI-generated plans and code against story outcomes
Strengthen human reviews of code, tests, and pull requests
Diagnose workplace and AI-method friction
Escalate blockers and recurring findings to the Technical Lead
Requirements: Strong software delivery experience across technology stacks
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding and agentic IDE workflows
Knowledge of AI-assisted Quality Engineering methods
Ability to run practical enablement sessions
Working knowledge of the A. I. D. E Framework
