Lead regional financial reporting for Arc’teryx from North Vancouver or through hybrid work, applying IFRS and internal controls expertise.
The Regional Controller owns regional P&L; and Balance Sheet integrity across entities. You will lead financial close, variance analysis, reconciliations, and consolidation submissions. The role partners with Global Brand Controller, FP&A;, GBS, and regional leaders. It requires independent judgement on estimates, provisions, accruals, and complex accounting matters.
Key Responsibilities: Own regional P&L; and Balance Sheet reporting
Execute close activities and post journal entries
Review reconciliations and investigate material variances
Submit accurate data through One Stream consolidation
Deliver regional close packages on schedule
Requirements: CPA designation or equivalent
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
Leadership experience across multiple entities or geographies
Deep expertise in IFRS, SOX, and financial close
Experience owning multi entity P&Ls; and Balance Sheets
Bring regional reporting leadership, IFRS expertise, and disciplined close management to Arc’teryx’s Controllership team.
