Integrity Tool & Mold is actively recruiting an Internal Program Manager to join our growing team.
In this hands-on technical role, you will work closely with Lead Program Managers and serve as a key link between Program Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing. You will be responsible for coordinating tooling activities, monitoring shop-floor progress, supporting mold trials, and helping ensure programs remain on schedule.
The ideal candidate is technically knowledgeable, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
