As Director of Application Delivery and Support, you will oversee digital, mobile, roadside, membership, travel, and enterprise platforms. The position guides application architecture for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability. It also connects enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, and event-driven solutions with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Establish application roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Guide scalable, secure, performant application architecture decisions
Oversee modernization roadmaps and technical debt reduction

Promote cloud, containers, microservices, and AI-enabled capabilities
Requirements: Proven experience leading enterprise application portfolios
Experience managing digital platforms, mobile applications, and APIs
Strong experience with Open Shift and Kubernetes platforms
Experience with React, Next.js, Java, and Spring Boot
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and BFF architecture
