The City of Toronto seeks a Senior Systems Integrator for a temporary 12-month assignment supporting UKG Pro implementation. Reporting to the Project Director, Digital Project Implementation, you will advise the e Scheduling project team, assess requirements, and translate Kronos processes into UKG Pro solutions. Your guidance will support the planned Q1 2028 launch.
Key Responsibilities: Assess UKG Pro designs against documented business requirements
Recommend configuration, integration, security, and reporting approaches
Identify functional gaps, dependencies, risks, and implementation options




Define role-based access and authorization requirements
Support validation, testing, and implementation readiness activities
Requirements: Hands-on UKG Pro implementation and configuration experience
Experience with workforce management, scheduling, and time attendance
Knowledge of systems integration, interfaces, and data flows
Ability to prepare technical documentation and process maps
