This Customer Success Manager owns customer outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will help independent software vendors migrate critical workloads, adopt generative AI and agentic capabilities, and build governance, operating models, and data infrastructure. You will also translate technical solutions into business cases for senior stakeholders.
