This Senior Architectural Technologist position supports current construction and renovation projects for Northland Properties. You will develop site plan applications, coordinate architectural and interior elements, and integrate drawings across engineering disciplines. The role also includes rendering support, contract administration, and construction documentation.

Coordinate drawings across architectural and engineering disciplines




Provide high-quality visual representations for permitting teams
Ensure construction documents meet IFC requirements and standards
Requirements: Ten or more years of relevant architectural experience
Architectural Technology diploma or equivalent qualification
Proficiency with Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Office
Ability to produce complete construction drawing sets
Working knowledge of building envelopes, systems, and construction practice
Bring hotel design development, rendering, and interdisciplinary drawing coordination expertise to Northland Properties’ Vancouver projects.
