Responsibilities Urgently dispatch Express pickups and strategically audit planned routes to maximize efficiency. Track and manage the lifecycle of undelivered parcels, returns, and missed pickups, turning unexpected logistical hurdles into seamless resolutions. Onboard new broker-drivers, manage departures, and maintain the broker network at its peak performance level. Analyze weekly transit metrics (tracking efficiency, delays, and missed windows) to help us continuously optimize. Conduct on-site truck inspections to guarantee full compliance with brand standards, safety equipment, and uniform guidelines.
