Lead Chipotle restaurant service through food safety, crew training, and customer experience standards while staying active throughout each shift. The Service Leader maintains protected, high-quality food preparation and service at Chipotle restaurants. This position trains front-of-house Crew, supports positive customer experiences, and keeps the line clean, organized, and operational. Responsibilities also include food safety monitoring, shift coordination, cash handling, and office administration. Key Responsibilities: Ensure great-tasting, high-quality food is served Monitor hand washing, glove changes, times, and temperatures Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew Monitor breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules Requirements: Restaurant experience and a high school diploma Knowledge of food safety and health department matters Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures At least four open-availability days weekly, including two weekend days Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours weekly Bring restaurant leadership, food safety, and customer service skills to the Chipotle Service Leader position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
