Oversee housekeeping operations at MLSE, applying cleaning standards, staff leadership, and facility inspection expertise across iconic Toronto venues. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Housekeeping, you will support overall cleanliness, servicing, resources, care, and maintenance across all venues. The position establishes documented systems and standardized training while cultivating department, colleague, and leadership growth. Results are measured through guest experience, brand standards, and colleague experience. Key Responsibilities: Establish department goals, measurements, and results Develop job descriptions, checklists, and operating procedures Schedule, train, assign, review,
