Responsibilities include translating engineering concepts into accurate technical drawings while maintaining compliance with drafting standards, quality control procedures, and client specifications within Ontario’s transportation infrastructure setting.Missions/Main DutiesKey ResponsibilitiesUndertake detailed structural design and analysis calculations for complex bridge structures in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.Perform and review bridge design and analytical modelling using relevant structural analysis and design software, including Midas Civil.Check and verify calculations, models, and design outputs prepared by other Engineers and Engineers-in-Training (EITs) to ensure technical accuracy and quality.Provide technical input and engineering judgement on complex bridge design issues, supporting the development of safe, efficient, and practical solutions.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure bridge designs are integrated with broader project requirements and interfaces.Support delivery of bridge projects through all relevant design stages,
