Description "How you will make an impact:You will be responsible for driving company vehicle, delivering supplies and transporting coworkers, keeping buildings clean and orderly, and performing heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.As a Heavy Duty Driver Custodian/ Janitor, you will:Delivering supplies and equipment to various work locationsTransporting associates coworkers as requiredProviding coverage for absent associates to ensure daily operations run smoothlyMust maintain a clean and safe vehicle and follow all company safety proceduresDust and damp mops floors following approved proceduresCollect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plansMove equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placementClean assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment.



Sanitize all surfaces.Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean, protected environment for patients, visitors, and staffSeek out areas requiring cleaning; take initiative to complete the taskComplete all tasks assigned by supervisorStrip, scrub, buff and refinish floors, shampoo carpetAbout you:Previous housekeeping/custodian experience is an assetCanadian Driver Licence and clean Alberta Driver AbstractWHMIS and BSW Certifications an assetGood command of English language, both verbal and writtenAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAble to work independently and as part of a teamphysical ability to perform all aspects of the job
