Job Description

Own and manage SAP ERP and business applications across the organization.

Drive system enhancements, change requests, user access, licenses, and reporting.

Partner with business users to improve processes across Production, Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Lead ERP and application-related projects from planning through implementation.

Manage Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.

Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards to support business operations.

Lead, coach, and develop the IT applications team.

Manage IT application budgets, vendors, consultants, and project resources.

Support digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure application security, IT governance, PDPA compliance, and audit readiness.





Provide application support and resolve ERP and non-ERP system issues.

The Successful Applicant Key Projects & Exposure:

SAP ERP migration and upgrade projects.

SAP PP (Production Planning) enhancement and optimization.

Manufacturing and supply chain process improvement initiatives.

Inventory reduction and operational efficiency projects.

Enterprise collaboration platform and email migration projects.

Application roadmap planning and business technology transformation.

Ideal Candidates:

Strong SAP ERP experience.

Good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Experience leading application projects and managing stakeholders.

People management and vendor management experience.
