As an Evening Seamer Operator in Production, you will report to the production foreman. Your work supports proper seamer operation through careful inspection of lids, cans, filling, seams, and codes. This permanent schedule runs from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feed clean, undamaged lids into the seamer
- Check that every can receives a cover after crimping
- Inspect cans for dents and proper liquid and solid filling
- Verify that canned goods are correctly seamed
- Confirm printed codes are correct
Requirements:
- No education or previous experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Punctual and diligent work approach
- Availability for the 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. schedule
