Apply hematology expertise as a Medical Laboratory Technologist at Dynacare’s King Edward location, performing accurate testing during permanent full-time evening shifts.

As a General Duty Technologist, you will perform and release laboratory tests using established processes and procedures. The role includes specimen processing, manual and automated testing, equipment preparation, and quality control. Experience in Hematology is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify sample identification and preparation before testing begins
- Perform scheduled tests using manual and automated procedures
- Prepare standards, reagents, and laboratory equipment
- Run and review quality control checks during testing
- Maintain equipment, supplies, documents, and confidentiality

Requirements:

- Medical Laboratory Technologist registered with CSMLS and CMLTM
- Registration must remain in valuable standing
- Knowledge of Hematology specimen processing
- Knowledge of quality control documentation and procedures
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
