Charger Logistics Inc. is expanding its Service Department with a Trailer Maintenance Supervisor. This position leads mechanics, coordinates repair priorities, and monitors work orders for timely completion. You will also repair commercial truck and trailer refrigeration units, including Carrier and Thermo King.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanics through daily repairs and technical troubleshooting
- Coordinate repair priorities and monitor work orders
- Track productivity, downtime, turnaround times, and outstanding work
- Repair Carrier and Thermo King refrigeration units
- Monitor repair quality, safety, tools, and equipment use
Requirements:
- Three to five years trailer maintenance and repair experience
- Robust trailer mechanics and refrigeration systems knowledge
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating mechanics
- Organizational and analytical skills for productivity tracking
- Valid driver's license and schematic reading ability
