Product & Requirements Enablement- Partner with engineering, product, operations, and compliance teams to translate business needs into clear,



actionable technical requirements and specifications.- Organize and decompose business requirements into well-structured functional and technical specs that other engineers can execute against.- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team, clarifying scope, surfacing technical trade-offs, and reducing ambiguity before development begins.- Document and improve engineering processes, workflows, and SDLC practices to increase team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
