This part-time, 32-hour-week role focuses on technical leadership, client relations, and project delivery from concept through construction. You will oversee a multi-discipline team, develop proposals, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while pursuing recent work and client relationships in the Winnipeg region.
