We are seeking an experienced HRIS Functional Analyst to join a dynamic HR Analytics & Insights team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to HR and IT stakeholders, supporting and enhancing the organization's HR technology ecosystem. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, optimizing HR processes, improving data integrity, and ensuring HR systems deliver accurate, actionable insights to support business decisions.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical qualified with strong HRIS expertise, project management capabilities, and hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Program ManagementLead end-to-end HRIS projects and system enhancement initiatives.Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation.Prioritize HR technology initiatives based on business needs and operational impact.Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and user experience.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for regional and global HRIS initiatives.HRIS Administration & Technical SupportProvide advanced support for HR systems and HR-developed applications.Troubleshoot complex system issues, data discrepancies, and interface failures.Ensure compliance with data governance standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with IT teams to manage system enhancements and development backlogs.Support ongoing maintenance and administration of HR applications.Data Integrity & ReportingMaintain high levels of HR data accuracy through audits,



reconciliations, and validation processes.Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and PeopleSoft queries.Support large-scale employee data updates and system configuration changes.Manage integrations between PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, Compensation, and related systems.Provide analytical insights and reporting to support HR and business decision-making.Required Qualifications5+ years of HRIS experienceExperience with PeopleSoft HCM (preferred)Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system testing experienceExpertise in developing, enhancing, and troubleshooting PeopleSoft QueriesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in fast-paced environments with competing prioritiesExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within multicultural teamsStrong customer service and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualificationsbachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge of HR processes and HR operationsExperience within the Banking or Financial Services industryProject management experience and strong analytical skillsExperience supporting global HR systems and data integrationsIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a proactive HRIS professional who enjoys solving complex system challenges, improving business processes, and leveraging technology to drive HR excellence.
