About the role
Portless is transforming e-commerce logistics with AI. We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy intelligent systems that automate and optimise supply‑chain operations at scale.
What you’ll do
Build and deploy AI/ML models for logistics and e-commerce use cases
Work with LLMs, computer vision and predictive analytics
Collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI‑powered features
Own the full ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, deployment
Monitor and improve model performance in production
What we’re looking for
Essential
4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience
Strong Python and ML frameworks (Py Torch, Tensor Flow)
Experience deploying models to production
Must be authorised to work in the US (no sponsorship)
Canada/Mexico candidates only if they already hold US work authorisation
Nice to have
Experience in logistics, e-commerce or supply chain
LLM fine‑tuning and RAG experience
