JOB TYPE
Full time WORK LOCATIONCanada DEPARTMENTProfessional Services COMMUTEHybrid (Onsite + Remote)EDUCATIONAL LEVELBachelors Degree MUST BE LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO WORK INUnited States About Net Dynamic Consulting We are a certified Suite Success partner and an official Oracle Net Suite Alliance Partner, headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, with a delivery team working from Canada, Latin America and the Philippines. We implement Net Suite for clients who need it configured properly the first time, not patched for two years afterwards. We are small and fast-moving. Decisions get made in days, and what you do is visible.

About the role
This is a deep Net Suite role with a delivery organisation attached. You would be the most senior Net Suite mind in the building and the person Professional Services answers to — three pods with named leads, a shared functional pool and a shared technical pool, working across three regions and several time zones. Three things define this job. The first is depth: you know Net Suite well enough to be the final word on a design. The second is scale: our delivery capacity has to grow ahead of the client base, and it has to grow as a repeatable model rather than through heroics. The third is leadership: this team has grown quickly, and it needs someone who develops the pod leads, settles the way of working, and keeps valuable people. What you'll be doing Own the solution Act as design authority on Net Suite architecture across client engagements — data model, financials, integrations and the boundary between configuration and customisation Decide when to configure, when to customise and when to say no — and make the call stick Review and challenge estimates before they are committed to a client Set the technical standards: coding best practices, customisation governance,

what gets reviewed and by whom Keep the team ahead of Net Suite's release cycle and what each release changes for our clients Build the delivery system Own the onboarding route for each delivery role — Technical Consultant, Functional Consultant, Technical Lead and Functional Lead — and the materials behind each one Define who is accountable for onboarding each part of the business: time-entry expectations, coding best practices, the skills matrix, forecasting and the engagement templates Own the template set — TDD, FDD, BRD and change orders — and keep it in use rather than parked on a drive Set what a Technical Lead is expected to teach a new joiner, so onboarding does not depend on who happens to pick it up Maintain the skills matrix, so staffing decisions are made on what people can actually do Lead the team Develop the pod leads — they carry client work alongside leading, and they need someone growing them into the second half of that job Set expectations clearly and give feedback that is specific and timely Keep a distributed team connected across three regions and several time zones Approve hours and time off across the team Keep good people. Retention in delivery is a result of how the team is run, and it sits with you. Scale the business Build the capacity model: what we need, in which skills and regions, and how far ahead we hire Own hiring into the delivery team end to end, with HRBring new people to productive quickly,

and know how long that actually takes Carry the technical half of pre-sales — scoping, solution design and the parts of a proposal a client will test Partner with Sales so what gets sold can be staffed and delivered Work with clients Be in the room on the engagements that need weight — design workshops, difficult decisions, executive conversations Step into escalations when a pod lead needs backing Give leadership an honest monthly read on delivery health, including when it is not good What success looks like Designs that hold — fewer rebuilds, fewer surprises in UATA new consultant productive on a defined route, not by shadowing whoever happens to be free Projects landing on time and on margin, predictably rather than occasionally Pod leads who are visibly stronger a year from now Capacity in place before Sales needs it, not after What we're looking for Eight or more years working in Net Suite, across many implementations rather than one environment You have architected Net Suite solutions end to end — financials, data model, integrations, customisation — and can defend the decisions years later Oracle Net Suite certifications, from the exams rather than course completion Several years leading people, including leads or managers, not only consultants A consulting background: you have carried client relationships and been accountable for an outcome, not only a deliverable You have run resourcing and utilisation for real, and can talk about the trade-offs rather than the dashboard You have built what makes a team repeatable — standards, templates, an onboarding path — and got people to actually use it Direct: you raise a problem while it is still cheap to fix Based in Canada and able to work
