This Lead Software Developer role focuses on high-throughput, performance-critical applications. You will design reliable code, lead prototypes and proofs of concept, and own complex long-term projects. Collaboration spans developers, engineers, product managers, internal technical teams, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable application code
Lead scalable code, prototype, minimum viable product, and Po C development
Identify architecture improvements and prepare implementation proposals




Conduct testing and code reviews for quality
Mentor developers and guide technical execution choices
Requirements: Seven-plus years developing and supporting production software using C#/. NET
Computer Science, Software Engineering degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
Expertise in design and architecture for large production systems
Experience with SQL Server, Postgres, and database optimization
Robust analytical, project management, and communication skills
