The role oversees research operations, team coordination, financial management, ethics, and data sharing. It also contributes to psychometric analyses, scientific reports, presentations, and manuscripts.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across three clinical research sites
Develop objectives, timelines, strategies, and milestone monitoring
Manage multi-site budgets, expenditures, projections, and resource optimization




Supervise staff, volunteers, training, evaluations, contracts, and leave
Coordinate ethics, data quality, sharing, and project reporting
Requirements: Master's degree in psychology, psychiatry, nursing, or administration
Experience managing projects and teams
Clinical experience considered an key asset
Advanced oral and written French required
Advanced oral and written English required
