Central to this transformation is the deployment of integrated digital capabilities spanning Integrated Operations, Digital Value Chains, Automation & Autonomy, Asset & Operational Intelligence, and AI led process control.
We are seeking a commercially astute, delivery-focused Digital Consultant with mining industry and operations experience who combines entrepreneurial Digital Consulting Leadership combined with client & market-facing business development and delivery leadership, accountabilit & excellence. This role is responsible for cooperative teaming, shaping, and leading the end-to-end delivery of digital engagements in the mining and metals sector, ensuring measurable value outcomes for our clients.
This is a hybrid “deliver,



sell” leadership role requiring the ability to translate client needs into executable solutions, collaborate in high‑performing teams, and be actively involved in managing successful delivery across complex engagements.
Core Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Business Development
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders across operations, technology
Identify, shape, and qualify opportunities aligned to client strategic priorities and Hatch Digital offerings
Lead end to end pursuits, win‑strategy reviews, including solution shaping, commercial structuring, proposal development, and deal closure
Develop compelling business cases linked to operational value drivers, digital maturity, and transformation roadmaps
