Outstanding commercial lawyers don’t just identify risk. They help the business find a smart path forward. At Absorb, we’re looking for a Commercial Counsel, who brings that mindset to the table. You’ll be at the centre of complex Saa S and technology deals, working alongside Sales, Product, Finance, Privacy and Security to negotiate agreements,



solve commercial challenges and help the business move with confidence. You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape how we approach emerging areas like AI contracting, making this a role where your expertise won’t just support the business, it will help influence how we grow.
What you’ll do:
software licenses, order forms, statements of work, service level agreements and professional services agreements.
Negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, data processing agreements, vendor and procurement contracts, technology partnerships, reseller and distribution agreements.
Advise on indemnities, limitations of liability, warranties, intellectual property rights, data usage, confidentiality, privacy and information security obligations,
