Reporting to the Eastern COO, The General Manager/ Branch Manager is responsible for developing, leading, and executing the company’s operations for all Branches in the Atlantic Region. This role is accountable for the operations, building strategic relationships, driving profitable growth, increasing market share, and ensuring a consistent and coordinated approach to the customers across the Region.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities




Execute the overall strategy for Operations, Including Sales, Aftersales, Financials, Staff
management and customers in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with OEM, customers, and strategic
stakeholders.
Identify and pursue current business opportunities with construction companies, national organizations,
municipalities, provincial governments, federal government departments, and public-sector entities.
Lead negotiations for all aspects of the business in conjunction with company policies and
procedures
Ensure a consistent customer experience and commercial approach across the region.
Drive profitable revenue growth across equipment sales, rentals, parts, service, technology
solutions, and other applicable product and service offerings.
