Control arrivals, departures, and ground movements from Winnipeg Tower with NAV CANADA, applying strong recall, attention to detail, and problem-solving. This full time, permanent onsite prospect supports two Airport/Aerodrome Air Traffic Controllers at 2000 Wellington Avenue. Controllers provide clearances and instructions, preserve aircraft separation, and coordinate traffic throughout the airport control zone. The position includes shift work and requires English communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain safe, orderly, and expeditious aircraft movement
- Coordinate traffic with sectors, towers, centres, and flight services
- Enter and post flight data strip information
- Provide requested flight information and radar service




- Accommodate special airspace users and nonstandard training flights

Requirements:
- Minimum three years of licensed Airport/Aerodrome Controller experience
- Experience working in a complex operational environment
- High school completion or equivalent education
- Airport/Aerodrome Tower Controller training or equivalent
- Willingness to complete pre-employment drug testing Use detailed traffic coordination, separation standards, and disciplined decision-making to support Winnipeg Tower airspace.
