The challenges that await you
You perform and coordinate studies and analyses of projects related to ventilation, heating, plumbing, air conditioning, and refrigeration of the City’s buildings. Additionally, for certain tasks, you are responsible for sealing plans and specifications in accordance with the provisions, laws, and regulations of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
You collaborate in the implementation and execution of work carried out under contract, in management, and in administration. To this end,



you coordinate and ensure the technical and administrative link between the project owner and the Service management. You provide applicants with all relevant information regarding your area of expertise.
The ideal profile for us
Hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering;
Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
Have six (6) years of relevant experience in the function, particularly:
In all phases of project development and work: needs assessment, scope establishment, preparation of estimates and schedules, providing comments related to mechanical design, coordination with various stakeholders, monitoring and inspection of work during execution, training and knowledge
