Key Responsibilities: Draft single line diagrams, load lists, and cable schedules
Design 480/600 V AC and 24 V DC control panels
Generate electrical bills of materials from detailed specifications
Perform panel checks, loop checks, and insulation testing
Commission industrial control panels from 24 V DC to 600 V AC
Requirements: Electrical Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent degree
Five to eight years in an industrial electrical setting
Industrial control panel design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting experience
Proficiency reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable schedules
Basic knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
