Own project cost control at Tiree, using advanced Excel, forecasting, and financial analysis to protect budgets and guide project decisions. This is a full time permanent position. As a Senior Project Cost Specialist, you will manage the financial picture for assigned construction, real estate, or capital projects. You will establish cost frameworks, maintain trackers, reconcile records, and advise project managers. The work includes forecasting, cash flow, commercial analysis, reporting, procurement, and funding oversight.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish cost control frameworks, baselines, trackers, and change control
- Prepare forecasts, cash flow projections, and expenditure outlooks
- Analyze contracts, change orders, fees, and commercial risks




- Approve financial reporting packages, summaries, and dashboards
- Guide junior cost staff and improve tracking processes

Requirements:
- CPA, CMA, PMP, or additional degree or diploma
- 10 to 15 years supporting construction or capital projects
- Strong reconciliations, modelling, forecasting, and reporting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and complex tracking tool proficiency
- Eligibility to obtain security clearance Bring senior cost control, commercial analysis, forecasting, and Excel expertise to Tiree’s complex capital project portfolio.
