Use financial planning and healthcare analytics at Humber River Health’s Wilson Site, with flexible work location available for this full-time role. The Senior Financial Business Analyst supports financial analysis and program performance within Analytics and Business Insight. You will help clinical and non-clinical leaders understand department results, build financial plans, and evaluate initiatives. The position requires Monday-to-Friday availability and reports to the Manager, Case Costing and Utilization.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly financial and statistical department performance
- Build compelling plans through budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collect and interpret metrics for program business cases
- Support health human resource planning decisions




- Drive finance and business intelligence initiatives for key indicators

Requirements:
- At least five years’ related experience in healthcare
- Degree in accounting, economics, business, or health administration
- Superior ability to organize, analyze, and evaluate data
- Expert Microsoft Excel and robust Microsoft Office skills
- Self-starter able to manage multiple tasks and projects Bring financial analysis, data evaluation, and business intelligence expertise to Humber River Health’s hospital planning work.
