Lead Transaction Accounting engagements at RSM using complex accounting expertise and client management skills. Most roles follow a hybrid workstyle aligned to an RSM office. RSM seeks a Director for its Deals Accounting and Strategic Finance practice. You will provide technical accounting and financial or business advisory guidance across industries, managing teams and client deliverables. The work includes transaction analyses, financial reporting readiness, and post-close integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage concurrent Transaction Accounting engagements and engagement teams
- Provide technical accounting and advisory guidance to clients
- Coordinate work plans and high-quality client deliverables
- Analyze business combinations, carve-outs, and reporting issues
- Design scalable close frameworks, controls, and reporting processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- At least nine years of experience
- Robust leadership and client management experience
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Willingness to travel 25% or less annually Bring transaction analysis, financial reporting, leadership, and client management expertise to RSM’s Transaction Accounting practice.
