Lead credit risk analysis and commercial lending decisions at BDC, evaluating complex financing proposals for small and medium-sized Canadian businesses. The role follows a hybrid work model. As Senior Manager, Underwriting – Credit Risk Management, you will perform due diligence, assess risk, and authorize well-supported loan proposals. You will apply established credit policies while considering client and BDC needs. Collaboration with account managers and business centre management is central to transaction structuring.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- At least five years in credit analysis, adjudication, or financial services
- Demonstrated commercial transaction analysis, structuring, and assessment
- Understanding of credit risk policies, practices, and governance expectations
