Lead the Kenora Public Library in Kenora, Ontario, directing operations, services, budgets, and staff as Chief Executive Officer and Head Librarian. Reporting to the Kenora Public Library Board, you will administer library operations and services while advising on policies and recent services. The position includes strategic planning, workforce development, financial administration, fundraising, grants, and community representation. You will also serve as Board Secretary and Treasurer.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise public library operations and staff
- Prepare and administer the annual library budget
- Plan and evaluate programs, services, and resources

Requirements:
- Master of Library and Information Science or related field
- At least seven years of relevant library experience
- At least five years supervising staff in libraries
