Mental Health and Substance Use nursing defines this casual Interior Health position at Lillooet Hospital and Health Centre in Lillooet, BC. This experienced Registered Nurse role supports clients across substance use treatment and recovery services. You will provide bio-psycho-social services, crisis management, medication management, and health education while coordinating with community partners. Weekday shifts are scheduled between 08:30 and 16:30, as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver bio-psycho-social services supporting client recovery
- Provide direct nursing care, counseling, and education
- Manage crises and support harm reduction needs
- Establish relationships with agencies and healthcare providers
- Share information about mental health and substance use services

Requirements:
- Approved school of nursing graduation
- BCCNM registration as an opioid use disorder certified practice nurse
- Two years’ recent related MHSU experience
- Valid British Columbia driver’s license
- Current clinical competence in certified practice Support Mental Health and Substance Use clients through nursing care, counseling, crisis management, and coordinated services.
