Reporting to the Eastern COO, the General Manager oversees operations for all Atlantic Region branches. This senior leader manages sales, aftersales, financials, staff, and customers while executing company strategy. The position develops strategic relationships, expands market share, and maintains consistent commercial and customer approaches.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute operational strategy across sales, aftersales, financials, staff, and customers
- Build executive relationships with OEMs, customers, and strategic stakeholders
- Pursue business with construction, government, and public-sector organizations




- Lead negotiations according to company policies and procedures
- Drive growth across equipment, rentals, parts, service, and technology solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant post-secondary sales experience
- Significant senior leadership experience in a related industry
- Experience managing complex accounts and customer relationships
- Solid financial, commercial, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel regularly, including driving two to three times weekly Bring regional leadership, commercial acumen, and growth strategy expertise to Nors branches serving Atlantic Canada.
