Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Digital Technology delivery across assigned Canadian markets
- Coordinate Product, Service, Infrastructure, Workplace, Security, and Digital Business teams
- Manage dependencies, delivery risks, escalations, and technology readiness
- Govern portfolio demand,



commitments, capacity, and investment prioritization
- Report portfolio health, service performance, risks, milestones, and outcomes

Requirements:
- BS in technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
- Six-plus years in enterprise technology delivery or related disciplines
- Experience orchestrating complex initiatives across multiple teams and vendors
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Working knowledge of Agile, program, project, and service management Lead Sanofi’s Canadian enterprise delivery agenda through technology orchestration, portfolio governance, executive communication, and cross-functional influence.
