Direct in office baggage systems support at Toronto Pearson International Airport with BNP Associates, coordinating field teams, contractors, and client expectations. Regular YYZ presence is essential. This Senior Site Support Lead serves as BNP’s primary client-facing representative for the airport’s baggage handling systems program. You will lead surveys, inspections, installations, functional assessments, and testing while coordinating with designers, engineers, directors, and executives. The position requires both strategic oversight and tactical participation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage field and project engineering support at YYZ
- Lead surveys, inspections, installations, assessments, and testing
- Perform hands-on tasks alongside the site support team




- Mentor engineers and designers while managing team coverage
- Supervise punch list resolution and start-up assistance

Requirements:
- Ten-plus years managing projects, preferably aviation or BHS
- Mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related engineering background
- Experience building and leading field engineering teams
- Ability to manage logistics, timelines, and budgets
- Ability to relocate or work regularly in Greater Toronto Bring airport infrastructure experience, field leadership, and practical BHS support skills to BNP Associates’ Toronto Pearson assignment.
