Drive paint and coatings sales across British Columbia through account growth, pipeline expansion, and leadership in Vancouver’s field market. This Regional Sales Manager role leads sales performance throughout the British Columbia Region. You will generate recent business, maintain existing accounts, and build relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and end users. Four days weekly in the Vancouver area are required for managing sales representatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Eight plus years of materials sales experience
- Paint or coatings experience preferred
- CRM systems and Microsoft Office experience
- Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship Use customer relationships, pipeline development, and materials sales experience to deliver regional growth for CIL.
