Lead strategic initiatives at the University of Toronto’s Temerty Faculty of Medicine, using research, analysis, and senior administrative expertise in Toronto. As Director, Office of the Dean, you will advise the Dean on Faculty-wide priorities, monitor plans, and identify risks. You will lead high-priority projects, align portfolios, and support government and international relations. The position also guides Office of the Dean operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor progress against established Faculty-wide plans
- Identify interdependencies, risks, and implementation requirements

Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum five years of progressive senior administrative experience
- Experience managing complex projects and change initiatives
- Robust financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience
