Miller Titerle + Company is seeking a junior Employment Lawyer to join our Vancouver team. Education + Experience We are seeking an Employment Lawyer with one to three years of relevant experience to join our workplace law group. The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in employment law, sound legal research and writing skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong academic credentials are also expected. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is CAD$110,000 to $125,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range,



individual pay is determined by factors such as year of call, market rates, job-related skills, relevant experience, and education and/or training. Please note that the range reflects the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program, 100% employer paid benefits and various other perks offered by the firm. General Duties
- Advise employers on workplace matters, employment, labour and human rights issues.
- Draft employment agreements, workplace policies and submissions.
- Represent and advocate for our clients in court, tribunal and regulatory proceedings.
- Conduct workplace investigations.
- Manage files, deadlines, and client communications.
- Collaborate with lawyers across the firm to deliver practical, responsive advice.
