Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and compensation transactions remotely in Canada while guiding an established accounting operations team. As Manager, Accounting Operations, you report to the Controller and manage approximately eight to ten employees. Your scope includes funding, buyouts, refunds, payroll, benefits, commissions, bonuses, and intercompany billings. You will maintain accurate processing, company-policy compliance, and dependable financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide team delivery across payment processing and accounting support
- Approve buyouts, refunds, commissions, advantages, and bonuses
- Ensure payroll and compensation reach financial statements accurately




- Support external auditors with year-end documentation and working papers
- Coach employees and implement operational process improvements

Requirements:
- CPA designation required
- Five-plus years of accounting and industry experience
- Two-plus years leading and developing accounting teams
- Experience with payment processing and financial controls
- Knowledge of ASPE and/or IFRS frameworks Use your payroll, payments, and people-management experience to strengthen accounting operations, accuracy, and compliance across Canada.
