Lead transit technology modernization for Masabi remotely from Eastern Canada, combining program management discipline with hands-on technical implementation expertise. As Project Delivery Director, you will independently lead a major, multi-year North American program. The work spans account-based ticketing, contactless payments, systems integration, digital services, migration, deployment, and operational transition. You will report to the Vice President of Strategic Programs and represent Masabi in senior conversations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation through design, integration, testing, rollout, migration, and handover
- Own schedules, dependencies, milestones, risks, and recovery plans
- Coordinate software, hardware, payment, and third-party integrations
- Oversee testing, phased deployments, cutover, reconciliation,



and stabilization
- Control scope, resources, budget, changes, and supplier performance

Requirements:
- Deep experience delivering complex technology programs
- Accountable leadership of a large multi-year systems implementation
- Experience establishing baseline plans, governance, and partner onboarding
- Understanding of SaaS, APIs, enterprise integration, testing, and deployment
- Commercial judgment and executive-level communication skills Bring end-to-end delivery leadership, systems integration knowledge, and stakeholder management to Masabi’s North American transit program.
