Lead complex claims examining and negotiation for Sovereign Insurance in a hybrid role requiring two office days weekly. Serve English and French clients nationwide. As a Senior National Claims Specialist, you will examine commercial property, casualty, cargo, auto, energy, E&O;/D&O;, Cyber, Equipment Breakdown, and excess claims. You will investigate assigned claims, direct adjusters, vendors, and solicitors, and support litigation protocols. Your expertise will strengthen claims handling, negotiation, auditing, and client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Examine wide-ranging commercial and specialty insurance claims
- Investigate claims within assigned authority

- Negotiate and settle claims through legal proceedings
- Coach, train, and mentor team members

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of commercial claims experience
- English and French bilingualism required
- Strong claims investigation and negotiation knowledge
- CIP or FCIP designation is an asset
