Lead complex real property projects through facility management, maintenance planning, and energy programs in the National Service Region. The Technical Specialist, Real Property Management, supports Client-Partner projects and programs through technical expertise. This position coordinates complex activities, conducts research, studies, and assessments, and manages Client-Partner relationships. Work includes capital renewal, development planning, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete complex real property studies and asset assessments
- Develop policies, standards, directives, and performance indicators
- Prepare operational requirements, business cases, and technical reports
- Manage maintenance and energy management programs




- Maintain relationships with Client-Partners, stakeholders, and industry

Requirements:
- College diploma and five years’ relevant experience, or equivalent
- Knowledge of real property legislation and facility management
- Understanding of maintenance planning and assessment
- Ability to apply project and risk management techniques
