Guide Microsoft 365 solution delivery with Microserve from a hybrid location in British Columbia or Alberta. Lead technical teams, scope projects, and advise clients. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you own major technical engagements involving SharePoint and related Microsoft platforms. You gather requirements, shape end-to-end solutions, and coordinate implementation with consultants, architects, Project Managers, and client stakeholders. Your decisions connect project strategy to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead and assign project delivery tasks
- Create delivery plans and oversee technical milestones
- Resolve issues and remove implementation roadblocks
- Review deliverables for quality and requirements alignment




- Coordinate technical decisions, status, and risk management

Requirements:
- Approximately 8+ years of relevant IT engineering experience
- Proven leadership of technical implementation projects
- Hands-on SharePoint migration and solution delivery experience
- Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, or Power Platform experience
- Relevant Microsoft certifications strongly preferred Use Microsoft 365 delivery leadership, SharePoint expertise, and structured decision-making to guide Microserve client engagements.
