Requirements:
- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, building mechanics, or similar technical environments
- Background as Service Director, Operations Director, Branch Manager, or equivalent
- Experience managing multidisciplinary technical, administrative, sales, and service teams
- Experience monitoring operational and financial department or business-unit performance
